All of my interactions with Brown's tree care were positive. From the first phone call to the follow-up after the tree was removed. I'm so grateful they spent extra time and care removing the tree. I know it was a hassle because they were unable to use their large equipment because of the proximity of the septic tank. Brown's is an excellent choice in an emergency, or for preventative care. Thank you all so much!

Browns receives an average of four stars from me, 5 stars for actual work but 1 star, for “front office” scheduling/confirmation process. Start with the good news: a crew of about five guys just came this morning with appropriate equipment for the job as per the quote. Very friendly, very diligent, true “tree craftsmen.” I could tell that they used their expertise and concern for the end result when evaluating which limbs need to continue to be cut to make the overall look the best it could be. Very pleased. Highly recommend. Now for the info that hopefully they will take and use to improve their business as I like for all businesses to succeed. I had written them off due to the clumsy and lackluster follow up from the initial request I sent in on a Google message to follow up on the quote received two voicemails left on, answered. And I think it’s just a matter of not having the resources necessary to man, the scheduling and customer service side of the business. That’s the first impression a customer has and it needs to be improved. The crew this morning completely reversed my impression of the company. So, all in all, highly recommend. Just know that it might be a possibility that you have to follow up excessively.
