Hired by my landlord to cut the grass, only does the upper yard and not the bottom yard even though landlord said he is paid to do both. Clearly is not capable of telling the difference between a flower and a weed as they weed whack my flowers every time they come and leave the weeds even after landlord notified and informed them not to cut the flowers. Today after the grass was cut they used a leaf blower to clean the sidewalk; instead blew the recyclables all over the public sidewalk without bothering to clean up the mess. I do not recommend. Inferior quality work.
They were quick, friendly, and got my huge pile of brush into their trailer within about 20 minutes (it took my brother and me about hours to get it all out there.) My only complaint would be that they arrived earlier than anticipated (1:30 instead of the scheduled 3), but I was home so it really wasn't a big deal. The price was reasonable, and I would definitely recommend then, and possibly use them again!
Danny created his own property line on my property - did not complete the job, I have pictures & recordings, threatening and yelling & then made racial slurs about how my Kind didn't belong in his country!!

I would highly recommend Bill and team.
Satti’s Family Trees was a great experience! I’d been wanting my trees in the front and backyards trimmed for a few years. When talking to my brother, he recommended CJ. He was very professional as well as nice. He responded quickly and gave me my quote quickly.
The best! During my 10 years of home ownership in SE CT, I had two previous arborist companies remove trees, and was immensely dissatisfied with both, so sought a new company, and struck gold with EL Tree Service. John was exacting in providing me with a price quote for removing 2 trees and trimming 3 others, which happened to be less than one other quote I got before his. While there was some confusion and postponement regarding target date, it was far less than what I experienced with my two previous arborists. Even better, John apologized several times for the confusion. The previous two miscreants never apologized even once. On the workday, John exceeded the work we had contracted by removing several dead limbs at no extra charge, and the cleanup left my yard far cleaner than before.
An enormous tree, a six-pronged white pine 120 feet in height and nearly four feet in diameter at base. A looming disaster waiting to happen. A difficult job to say the least. But the tree is gone and the cleanup was immaculate.
