After Hurricane Debby left us with a 70ft hickory surprise on our house, Top Tier did an amazing (& expedient) job clearing out the entire insanity so that I could get contractors out to work on the house. I was impressed with their focus, friendliness, motivation, and competence throughout the entire job and am truly grateful for their help when I needed it most!

My neighbor hired this company to trim her tree. I allowed them to use my driveway and side yard. Once they started cutting, I asked why they were not roping anything I was told she didn’t pay for that. Since when does Safety and property preservation cost extra Overall, it was a horrible experience. I’ve never seen a more unhappy crew. I called and complained to the salesman. I asked to get in touch With the owner several times to which he responded that he was the owner. The next day they came back and cut a limb off that I was complaining about and left it in the yard. They scuffed up my driveway with their outriggers Steer clear of this company there works speaks for itself. They clearly took advantage of an elderly lady.

Top tier is top notch! Second time we have used this company and have been pleased both times! Professional process from start to finish. Crew was respectful of our property and they go over and beyond for a great result! One of the trees they cut today was surrounded by obstacles, 2 power lines, a carport and our home, they made it look easy! I will continue to recommend them every time! Thanks again!
