Customer Reviews for East Coast Tree Service, LLC

Sandra Spicer ★★★★★

Jim and his team saved the day. We made the mistake of hiring a different company who bid the job and then kept adding $$ after they started. Our neighbors called Jim and he came out immediately. He quoted a more than fair price to come in and complete the job correctly. The job ended up being more than we all anticipated, but Jim stood by his initial quote. We will need more work in the future and will definitely call them.

Joseph Grimstead ★★★★★

With Hurricane Dorian bearing down on our area, they came out on short notice and methodically cut down a good sized dead oak tree that could have caused damage to either my or my neighbors house. And they did it for a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Diana Simpson ★★★★★

Great experience with this company from start to finish. We had six trees cut down, including the stumps ground. The owner Jim and his crew did a fantastic job. They actually left our property looking better after completion!!

Daniel Simons | ★★★★★

Had a very large oak tree that needed to be removed. Had to wait 3 days after contacting them to get an estimate, but they came in cheaper than the other to companies I contacted. After I accepted their proposal, they were out the next day, would have finished that day but afternoon storms interfered. They did an excellent job and very friendly. Would highly suggest and I will use them again in the future if/when needed

We had 3 large trees and 2 small trees cut down on our property. Big Wood Tree Service did a wonderful job. The job was done quickly and safely. They also did a great job with stump grinding. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful tree removal experience for a very reasonable amount of money.

Salt-of-the-earth people. Professional, respectful, and compassionate about our needs. Doing business with First Choice was refreshing as they listened my circumstances. Jon understood what I needed and what my budget was. He devised a plan to eliminate what absolutely had to be removed to prevent damage and pests and what he could remove on the second trip a year later. Doing business with Jon was a true blessing that could not have come at a better time...after being let down by several contractors from multiple different trades with sub-par standards. When First Choice left my property in Windover Farms, they left no signs that they had ever been there other than more visible blue sky from the limbs that had been removed.
