Customer Reviews for Roots Landscape

Gail R ★★★★★

Pedro and his crew were on-time, and actually completed the job more quickly than planned. Pedro was super responsive to my concerns and listened to my requests in order to make landscaping choices. Very good at setting realistic expectations. The crew was professional and the site was always cleaned-up. I would definitely choose Roots again!

Our yard looks amazing, we had reached out to quite a few businesses that never got back with us. Pedro came and we told him what we wanted and he made it happen. We have received lots of compliments from our neighbors and family on how good they did on our yard. Pedro and his guys communicatied with on us very well on what they were doing. Everyone that came was kind and considerate. I highly recommend them for any landscaping needs.

Michelle Dimas ★★★★★

Pedro and his team did an amazing job with the landscaping of our new home. From the beginning when we were getting an estimate, he was super professional and quick to respond. My husband and I really appreciated him explaining what was needed and why, as well as his expert recommendations. We are novices in landscaping and he gave us great recommendations that fit our vision for what we wanted our yard to be in the future. He and his team worked quickly and completed our project on time and for an honest price. We really appreciate the whole team and their hard work!

When they came to blow out my sprinklers they found our water main had busted. They called the city to help us and helped us find a work around until they could repair it a few days later. We did not go without water and the repair was very professional. Kody and Steven really came through for us.

I am new to Idaho and had a blank slate for a yard being it was new construction. Lots of weeds and uneven land. I just had a new fence put in and needed a lot of areas leveled where there were gaps under the fence. Talked with Alex about my vision for step one for the yard. He asked questions and walked me through what they would be doing. Fill dirt would be brought in...all weeds gone...filled under fence...areas around entire foundation graded and filled with rock. What a wonderful job Alex and his crew did! Here when he said they would be...quick workers...and excellent communication! Ultimate One Landscaping will be doing the rest of my yard as I design it! Thank you for being a pleasure to work with!

If I could give Gonzalez Lawn Care 10 Stars I would! From the first phone call inquiring about services and a bid to do my parent’s yard, to the completion of the job and then follow up visits, Gonzalez Lawn Care Services is truly the BEST there is! Meticulous, caring, professional work in a friendly personable way, makes them stand out above the rest! Hector is amazing and he took so much time to weed, edge, mow, and he even repaired a retaining wall and laid out new pavers. It turned out beautifully and my parents couldn’t be happier! Do yourself a favor, and call him TODAY to do your lawn care! Thanks again, Hector, for doing an incredible job!
