Creekside Land Management

Boe and the crew did a great job pruning the top of my neglected cottonwood tree. Dropping the dead limbs and branches out of my 130 year old tree will give it a fighting chance to stay healthy for a few more years. In addition to the cottonwood, They pruned the branches from other trees that were encroaching on my house and general shaping to make the overall property look great. After the tree service, I've noticed there are not so many sticks and twigs fallen onto the lawn. The professional service doesnt stop when the chainsaw work is done, the efficient ground crew made quick and neat clean-up of all the twigs and leaves taking great care to avoid damaging any shrubs and plants and lawn features. They set a high bar for complete and affordable tree care. I highly recommend Top Notch as the best in the area. Excellent communication. After having initial work done last year, Boe reached out to me this spring to ask about any additional work I might like to have done. He gave me an estimated time frame for when they would be in my area so I could plan for them. On the precise morning they were available, Boe contacted me to make sure I was available. Their morning job took longer than expected, so Boe contacted me again by phone to let me know what time they'd be arriving. On schedule, Boe rang the doorbell to let me know he was ready to begin and we walked around the yard so I could point out exactly what I needed done. Boe got started in the tree tops and by the time he had quite a lot of branches down, the crew showed up just in time to start cleaning up the yard.

It makes me really sad to have to post this kind of review because I've worked with Doug on a business level and have always recommended him. Except the two times that we needed tree services personally we get told to call Alex and never hear back after repeated voicemails. Honestly, what kind of business does that They give a number to call and it's the owners son but then nothing to be heard from. Very unprofessional

We've had Equity Green for years. Fall of 2022 they sprayed our yard and killed half of our yard. James came out and admitted that it was there fault. They came out the next day and reseeded but nothing took. He assured us in the spring he would fix our yard. Come April 2023 I texted him no response. I called him, no respnse. My husband called no response, between the 2 of us we contacted him 10 times no response. Then he did respond and said he would be out, we asked when again no, reponse. A month has passed and no coming out. In the meantime we filed a complaint with the Attorney General office on May 1st. They sent him a letter and gave him 20 days to responsed to our complaint,he did not respond to Attorney General or to us. How do you expect to keep customers when you run your business like this I would highly recommend don't do business with this campany. If they do something wrong they will not correct it, they will just ignore you and leave you to take care of it yourself.

ESD was great. Eric came out and gave an estimate to trim 2 large trees that was fair and he was very professional. Once scheduled, our trees were trimmed beautifully and the clean up was so well that you wouldn’t have even known anyone was there.
