Customer Reviews for Arbor Monkees, LLC

Nancy Blume ★★★★★

The Arbor Monkees were a great crew to work with. They were both thoughtful and professional. I needed several trees of different sizes removed along with a lot of pruning. The clean up was first rate. I highly recommend these top notch arborists.

They have it all. They work hard, do a good job, clean up, communicate, what more could you want Their prices are reasonable as well.

Two of your employees should be fired. I witnessed them traveling 80mph on the highway in a 55 zone which I might add is a felony not only did they do this, they whipped around a motorcycle in a no passing zone, another traffic violation. What kind of employees do you hire They displayed road rage for no reason at all, and if their reason was oh he turned in front of us and we had to slow down to the speed limit that's not a very good one at all. If your employees act like this why on earth would anyone want to hire you. The vehicle in question is a white Chevy truck that was heading towards Ames today August 31 around 2:30pm.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Adam and his crew were incredible to work with. There is an advantage of having the boss be part of the crew. When we decided to have them do more work, it was a simple conversation, quote, and they got it done. They were hard workers, on time, and knowledgeable. Our site was left neater than when they began. They went above and beyond what we asked. We will definitely be contacting them again for any future work we may need. We could highly recommend them.

Rod, Billy and their crew were fantastic. The guys were doing a job at a neighbor’s place the other day when I got home. I walked across the street and asked for a quick ballpark estimate for the removal of a small/medium tree and stump in our front yard that was getting out of control and blocking the driveway and address. Just a PITA of constant maintenance. Other quotes I had gotten seemed very unreasonable so I hadn’t gotten it done. Rod walked over, quoted an extremely fair price, then came over and completed the job after they finished across the street. So, I had him look in the back at a much bigger job of taking back a lot of a tree line and raising the canopy that was actually damaging our new roof as well as removing a huge completely dead tree that was laying on another. Once again, the quote was very good, and within a week Rod, Billy and the team were back out and at it again. Despite the job being much more difficult than anticipated and a road bump or two, they got the job done on schedule and at the quote price. Quality and integrity are at the core of these guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again, neither should you. Pics of the tree that started it all.
