Such an incredible experience with Hale's! They came out to my work and trimmed trees, removed trees, and grinded the stumps. They left no mess and were not disruptive to the business at all. They were extremely professional and prompt; we will definitely be using Hale's for all tree trimming/removal needs in the future!
I would rate less than a 1 star , because they came out gave us an estimate and then never returned phone calls or followed up. We got our estimate on june 26th and the guy who came out said it would be 2 weeks out. Then did get one follow up and told it will be another week and a half. Then nothing. My neighbor who is 90 years old said they were a good company and was going to use their services as well but not following up and leaving customers hanging is not good customer service. Very disappointed.
Very professional and great customer service. Would recommend them to anybody!

Matt and his crew are ABSOLUTELY Fantastic!
These guys are AWESOME!!! They are very hard working and did an exceptional job!!! The trees I needed cut were very close to my house and they were so careful. When they were done everything was left so neat. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
A & J does quality work but beware! Their estimate to complete an emergency job was $7k over the next highest estimate. Once they were paid in full they refused to submit paperwork related to their job. They agree to do it but for three months now, they have simply ignored it. Don’t use this company until you have other estimates and ensure your lien waiver is signed before you pay them. Even then you need to realize they won’t follow through if you need anything once they get their money.
Jose and his crew were prompt, kind and professional. Fair prices for the win!! I definitely recommend for all tree service and will call again when i need him!
