Customer Reviews for Tree Pros of America, LLC

Desiree M ★★★★★

If I could, I would give him 10 stars it was that great of an experience to work with Tree Pros of America. When I met Cody for the initial consult, I decided right on the spot that he was the right man for the job. He’s a pleasure to work with, kind, punctual, very knowledgeable, he's just an all around great person, & he left our yard very tidy. If you’re in need of tree removal STOP LOOKING you’ve found the best company for the job.

Scott McCarter ★★★★★

After we had a 90-foot tree struck by lightning we got estimates for cleaning up the mess and removing the tree. Cody (the owner) took the time to listen to what we wanted done and offered a competitive estimate. Once we finished the insurance paperwork, the team from Tree Pros of America came as scheduled and did an excellent job tackling the job. They paid attention to everything that could be in harms way and moved things to keep everything safe. They carefully removed branches which had pierced the roof of a barn after the lightning strike. When cutting down the main part of the tree they got it to land exactly where needed without hurting a nearby peach tree.

Jerry was amazing to work with! His estimate was very reasonable and completed the sameday on site. I was able to schedule my job one week from the initial estimate/meet up. Cecil Tree Service lives by their goals and standards of treating customers the way "we would want to be treated." Thank you for all that you have done. We had 35 trees removed and Heartwood did a great job for us. We did have to wait a bit and although we were not guaranteed a time frame, I do subscribe to "promise small, deliver big". It was worth the wait. Price was fair for the extent of the work. But most importantly to us, the amount of equipment and attention to safety is the biggest reason for this rating and why we've gone with Heartwood twice. They knock out a big job, safely, in a heartbeat!

What an amazing group of guys! The owner is very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. They show up on time when scheduled. They work harder than I’ve ever seen anyone work. Awesome quality work. Great team work. Dependable, friendly, professional. They cut down 12 of our trees this week and cleaned up everything, branches, logs and even ran the leaf blower around the yard. We have a pool and not one leaf was in it. They amazed me how good they were dropping those trees and grinding all the stumps. Highly recommend this company to anyone! I give them a five star rating. Karen and Shane Godlewski

I would like to express my sincere thanks for a "job well done" to SSC Tree Experts, LLC. A recent storm fell one of the tallest, thickest pine trees on my father-in-law's property. The peak of the tree stretched well beyond the edge of a clearing, making it very difficult to mow. SSC made quick work of the fallen pine and my father-in-law was back to mowing the area in no time.
