I had a large maple too close to my house that needed to be removed. I got a couple different quotes, one of which another company said they'd need a crane because the west side of my property was lined with trees and that came with a ridiculous price tag. Ruby's Tree's Service came out and for the work we discussed, gave me a quote that I was very happy with. In fact, 20 minutes after Earl left another company showed up without an appointment to give me a quote and I told them not to bother, I was going to have Ruby's Tree Service do the work. They showed up on time, covered the ground and windows before even setting up and I was amazed at how fast they worked. In the end they ended up doing even more work than we had originally talked about. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them. Next year when I have to have a tree removed from my backyard, I'll be calling them again.

From the moment I spoke to the office to arrange an onsite quote, to booking and receiving updates for the actual appointment, it was nice to see such professionalism!
