Customer Reviews for Albany Tree Removal

Erica Stevenson ★★★★★

I called this service on a Sunday evening when a tree came down in our yard. I had trouble getting ahold of anyone, but got a quick response from these guys! They sent someone right away to assess the project and he gave us a fair price and had it cleaned up in a couple days despite a snow storm. It was such a relief to have this tree out of our lives and I will definitely use this service again for any tree removal needs!

Steve Long ★★★★★

Needed a tree removed from my backyard and some of the branches of another tree trimmed. These guys are true professionals, did a quick job the same day I had called , and unlike other companies did not attempt to upsell any unnecessary services!

Thanks for taking care of the tree which hung over the neighbor's yard. It could have been a dangerous situation during a high wind. You did an excellent job especially cleaning up afterwards. Thanks again.

Never showed up. Reached out to them because they told me they'd be at my property at 7am. Waited until 6:45 pm as I'm writing the review. Do NOT trust the inflated reviews. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I sent an text at 2, 4, 5 and 6pm cause I was starting to worry. His exact words "I will be there today don't worry." The reason was I was worried was that another tree removal company ghosted me and wasted my whole day exactly like this. After waiting from 7am to 7pm for a no show, I'm starting to lose faith in honest folks/businesses. I'd rather know if you cannot show up so I can have peace of mind it'll be rescheduled.

Jeremy responded quickly to my initial call, and came quickly to provide an estimate, which was fairly priced for the work. He came when he said he would and did what he said he would. Rare for workmen these days.
