Customer Reviews for Precision Tree NC LLC

Cynthia Sciacca ★★★★★

This team arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. This was the total removal of two very large trees. They kept in constant contact with each other and with us. Safety was important to them. Both theirs and ours. Anything we asked for, they were able to accommodate us. We are totally pleased with the work.

I was looking to get a second estimate on a dead tree leaning toward the house. Matt promptly responded, came the next day, offered several options that I was happy to hear ( + two 80' pines that were scary looking...always wanted to get rid of them) as well as the orig. two I called about. He offered to cut down five for a super great price I could not resist & I know what others charge. They came way sooner then he predicted ( I was glad); Wow ....what a professional operation, they certainly knew what they were doing, carefully dropped them all as I was told without any issues. I 'HIGHLY' recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for tree cutting services ! I know Matt will be my first & only call if I need someone............after they left it felt to me like getting a tooth pulled and now it feels much better without it.

Matt and his crew are great at what they do. Professional from start to finish. Great clean up.

I asked Rett Davis to recommend a certified arborist to work on the trees in our yard, and he recommended Matt Strange. My husband and I are very pleased with Matt’s work. He arrived on time with two assistants and worked all day, carefully pruning and thinning our trees. He consulted with us before, during, and after the work to make sure we were pleased. He is knowledgeable and very good to work with. We strongly recommend him!

I recently hired Apex Family Tree Service to cut down a Bradford Pear tree, and they exceeded all expectations. Prompt, professional, and efficient—they even trimmed some dead branches for a neighbor while on-site! I highly recommend them for their friendly and professional tree service!
