Great job by Tri-Cities Tree Guys!!! They removed all brush and cleaned up area. Arrived when they said they would. I would highly recommend. Great customer service and very professional.

Yesterday, having come home from seeing Twisters, we were welcomed with a downed tree and a collapsed service pole. We immediately returned an after hours message from BrightRidge to learn power had been disabled because of a dangerous situation. We next reached out to Tri-Cities Tree Guy, LLC and Hodge Electric Piney Flats. Amazingly all immediately responded to our need and service restored today shortly after 5pm. We are truly blessed for everyone involved and thank you Lord for the mild temperatures!

We were in a precarious power situation when a big tree fell on our property line that rested on another tree and was suspended over the power line. Tri Cities Tree Guy adjusted their busy schedule to come help out, coordinated with Bright Ridge to manage a controlled outage and resolved our dilemma within hours. This was a tedious job as they tied off the tree to prevent wrecking the power line and taking out the service pole. Professional young men, bonded and licensed, on time as promised, great equipment, affordable and an overall excellent experience. If you need tree work we highly recommend Tri Cities Tree Guy!
