Customer Reviews for Treetop Ninjas, LLC

Pace McDonald ★★★★★

Just used Tree Ninjas to remove 7 dead trees. Very pleased with all aspects of the experience. From bid to job completion it was dependable service with great communication. Very safe and quick removal of the trees. So often it’s hard to find good service in East Texas. Not the case with Tree Ninjas. I will use them again.

David Meece ★★★★★

Absolutely fantastic service and professionalism. This was a very large job with some specific needs and James was dependable, prompt, and extremely hard working. Same for the crew he utilized for various aspects of the job. I couldn’t be more impressed, and will definitely use them again in the future.

Amarilys Proett (Marilyn) ★★★★★

Mr. Gresham does a good job with safety. He made sure all the limbs where roped down safely in order so that they did not hit my house and did not damage my sod. On top of that, there was good communication with attention to detail.

Charles did a fantastic job for us. He not only performed all agreed on tasks (tree work and gutter cleaning) but went above and beyond! We have already called him back for some lawn services.

Had 4 very large 80 ft tall trees that had all died. They were all very close to my building. Larry gave me a good quote and crew went to work, carefully but efficiently and SAFELY removing these monster trees. Required climbing, safely done with harnesses, and spotters on ropes. Professional, courteous guys. Worked hard, and got the job done with NO damages. Cleanup excellent. What else could you want Very satisfied, and if you are a fair customer, you will be too.

Daniel and crew cut up and hauled out a giant Oak uprooted during the June 1 storm. I suspect It was well out of their normal workscope and took a day longer than anticipated. He never complained or asked for money and they got it done. His employees do not stand around. Very pleased with their work. Left mine and neighbors yard as clean as possible.

Had a tree go down yesterday morning. Made a call early this morning to No Tree To Big to see if they could come out for a quote. They came by promptly. Work crew is on a job, but when they finished, they were at our home by noon. It took them two hours to get it done! Great job guys. Highly recommended.
