Customer Reviews for ArborGreen Tree Health Care

Ross Jung ★★★★★

ArborGreen Tree Health Care was great. First off, they sent four people which got the job done really quick. One person walked me through what he thought was best in terms of pruning. He was really knowledgeable and explained why he wanted to prune certain branches and how it would affect the tree growth. Lastly, all four guys cleaned up the area and there was absolutely zero debris left on the lawn. You can see in the pictures how much better the trees look! Service and communication was also excellent throughout the entire process

Trina Blansitt ★★★★★

After speaking with and researching a few different companies, I confidently chose ArborGreen to do the work on all the trees in my yard. I cannot possibly praise them enough for the excellent work they did, their knowledge, their strong work ethic, and their professionalism/customer service! It is rare to find such truly honest AND amazing people who clearly are doing what they love to do. I will absolutely call on them again in the future and cannot wait to recommend them to family and friends!

This is a very professional company that provided a quote in a timely fashion and completed the service within a week. Very reasonable in pricing as well. I would highly recommend this company. I can finally see the front of my house again.

We used Texas Tree Experts and cannot say enough about what a great business this is. We had rapid responses to all our calls and texts. Brent was on time, gave us in-depth details, made trips to our nursery, more than fair in pricing, and his customer service skills are exceptional. He removed our palms the same day as he delivered and planted the six new ones. They are beautiful!

This crew of 4 men worked together incredibly well to bring down a large oak that had been struck by lightning. It was amazing to see how they guided the limbs down so that they missed landing on fencing/plants. Not easy, I'm sure! The team made sure all was in order before they left. Thank you so much for a fantastic job!

Brian saved us! After having a huge hackberry fall through our roof during a rainstorm on a Friday afternoon, I called every tree company I could find. I could hardly get anyone to take my call much less consider coming out on the weekend. Brian came out Saturday morning despite having to drive over 45 minutes to get here. He started the work right away and worked for three days getting this tree off the roof and eventually cut down and removed. He was friendly, professional and did everything exactly as he said he'd do. I highly recommend.

Many thanks and a full recommendation to Tim Pruett and his American Tree Service for their outstanding work in our yard. We had a huge, dead, dangerously weak tree along the fenceline. Tim quickly figured out a game-plan and got right to work (both days arriving at 9:00am on the dot) carrying it out. Their well-trained crew handled it with ease and expertise, managing to take it down, piece by piece, from over a fence and between two yards! And then they broke it down and removed every last branch, even down to the sawdust! These guys made a complex, potentially dangerous job look routine. 5 stars!
