I had Jason come out to the house twice since November 2019 to take down several trees. Very professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Connells Tree LLC to anyone. Their prices were great! They made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving and that I was happy with the work. They took great care for the safety of their employees as well as vehicles passing by the work area. Nothing rushed about them or their work. It wasn't easy with a few of the trees that were right next to my vinyl fencing. Not a scratch on any of the fencing. I look forward to hiring them again for more work on my property.

:We had our second tree removal service from Bane today. They did a superb job. Other than the trees being gone, they left no trace of their work—the yard is impeccable. We had trees removed near our house, our fenced backyard, and our pond. The team is in constant communication and works very safely, climbing to trim limbs and directing all wood to avoid any obstacles (including other nearby trees). These guys are true professional and do the job right the first time. This time, we removed trees in preparation for solar panel installation. Before, we had a new deck built and had some dead trees we needed to be removed. I stand by the review I posted on their website 10 months ago:

During removal of large trees by the road a falling log hit my high tension wires and caused damage to the house. Damon continues to deny the damage. It was clearly caused by a falling log. Very unprofessional behavior. A tool shed on the ground was also damaged and no one on the crew mentioned that either. When a contractor refuses to take responsibility for damage they caused it is a red flag. Stay away from New England Arborist Tree Care.
