Top-Rated Tree Removal & Trimming Services in Winder, GA

From the beginning communication was lacking and I could never get a date to get started. 5 weeks later we finally got the trees down. They agreed to haul off two pines and cut up 12 other trees to firewood lengths so I could put them on Facebook and have them hauled off for free. Later on I was told that his dad wanted the wood for firewood so he would just haul it all off in long sections. It’s been 6 weeks since the trees were cut down and the logs are still laying in my yard. I was giving the excuse that the skidsteer was broken but after 6 weeks he should’ve rented one just to fulfill his contract. My yard is waiting for hydroseed that can’t be done till these logs are gone and is washing dirt into the neighbors yard. Chad has not fulfilled his contract, not communicated, and no ghosted me and left me to deal with this problem myself. I have grown more and more frustrated and feel Faulkner tree services has been completely unprofessional.

If I could give them a 6 I would. I had a group of trees that needed to come down. Two of them were huge. One of the trees was starting to die and had it fallen on the house it would have killed us. They got it done in one day. They are by far a great business. Very reasonable pricing and great at communication which is huge for me. I was very impressed all the way around and will recommend for future purposes. The whole process was smooth. Thank y’all- Gregg

This company cut down one of my dying trees. They were prompt and did an amazing job at a fair price.

Mitchell and his crew were fabulous! He was prompt to respond and gave us a fair quote. Their work was commendable. They cleaned everything up better then we could have hoped for. Very professionable. I would strongly recommend them and will use they again if needed.

Matthew and the team at Know Trees were simply AWESOME! They provided a clear, free quote with specific expectations and a very fair price. Leading up to our service date, I received a phone call and reminder text messages confirming the work and what was to be done. On my date, they were on time, clean and friendly. The team got right to work and cleaned up well when they were finished. Know Trees will be my first call next time I need more tree work done. They should be yours too!

Awesome company to work with! I contacted Chris when we came home yesterday and found a larger tree had snapped, it was only being held up by the surrounding trees - he was fast to respond and got someone here to check it out. Within a couple hours he was here, I had a quote, and it was scheduled for the next day! Chris and his guys came out at 8am (less than 24hrs later) to get this taken care of for me. The actual service: Talk about QUICK - these guys had that entire tree down and chipped within an hour!
