My experience with Monster Tree Service of Raleigh—Durham was exceptional. They tackled a complex task with ease—the removal of three massive oaks from a challenging location. Unlike other companies, Monster's approach stood out. I received bids from four major companies, but it was Monster's unique strategy that won me over.

Dolley Tree is really committed to doing a great job! I hired them to take down more than two dozen trees at two properties and to take care of some invasive vine issues. They did an excellent job safely removing the trees (some very close to a house!) and cleaning up afterwards. They were even happy to come back out and clean up a couple of things that were missed at one of the properties. Overall I was very impressed throughout all stages of the process. Mackenzie was great to work with and everyone from the scheduling team was responsive. Both crews we worked with were hard-working, professional, and clearly cared about doing a good job. We received quotes from four companies for the work and their rates were competitive and right in the middle of the other quotes, but we chose them as they promised to do more than some of the other companies and they seemed more professional. Overall we were very pleased and we will hire them again in the future for more work.

Amazing job! We had over 20 trees removed with a crane from our property. Everyone in the crew was polite, professional, and courteous. The process never seemed rushed and went very smooth. The cleaned up was spot on and no time was wasted. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Can say enough about great of a job this company did. Thank you. Jerry responded promptly to our request for an estimate to remove a very large limb that cracked, but didn't fall, in our front yard. He was able to schedule the work quickly. It was complicated by the crew's coming across a ground wasp nest under the hanging limb, which was a surprise to all of us. They dealt with the nest and completed the job the same afternoon, despite the few stings they received. Fair price for work, thorough clean-up. We'll use this business again.

Currie and Bull City Tree Service are awesome! For a number of years, I have worried about a couple of trees and some limbs that were really close to my house, especially when it would storm. I also had a tree fall that was surrounded by lots of briars. Currie came out and assessed my situation, gave me a quote and did the work quickly and beautifully. He even noticed a dead tree in my neighbors yard that could have posed trouble. He was able to get that taken care of as well. I would highly recommend Bull City Tree Service!

Wonderful service. Rony came day after I called to ask for estimate. Price was very fair (a third of another service’s estimate). They took down a very large dead oak that could have reached house if it had fallen in the wrong direction. They worked carefully and professionally. Would hire again.

These guys were awesome! I had a huge tree limb fall on a car. They were out in a few hours for a Quote and then was able to get the team out there later that day to assist. They cut everything needed and cleaned up all the leaves and debris. Extremely nice team and very skilled. The team recommended pulling the entire tree due to rot. We weren't prepared to let the tree go and its looked mostly ok from the outside. They honored our request but cutting some limbs down. After cutting some limbs you can tell this tree will eventually rot. In hindsight probably should have gone with their professional recommendation. I called another company before calling this business and they said they would call me back and never did. This business is reliable, friendly, reasonably cost and just great service. Thank you!!
