Top-Rated Tree Removal & Trimming Services in Botetourt, VA

Needing 14 trees removed and the trimming of a huge maple can be a huge expense. We had several companies quote us astronomical prices that is until Jay’s Tree Service came out. This company was hands down the best price around. They guys showed up at 8 am and had all the trees cut down, chipped, the maple trimmed, and everything cleaned up by 3:30 that afternoon. They were extremely professional and we couldn’t have been more pleased with their work. We will definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

Had a nasty storm hit Bradshaw rd May 2024. Huge tree fell across some of my equipment. Too big for me to handle. Lots of damage. Found MIB working down the road. Asked them to come give me a quote. Very reasonable price and they did way more that went beyond the quote price. BTW the work was done the next morning. Great crew great work. Fast.

Daniel's crew cleaned up my yard after severe damage from the storm 2 weeks ago. They did a fantastic job removing debris from several large trees that had fallen in the yard and on top of my outbuildings. I am very pleased with the work/clean up they did. I would highly recommend Daniel and his crew for any needed tree removal services. Thank you!

This is my second time using Mitchell and crew. They provided excellent work. They handled my request in a timely manner.

Thank you Brown Hound Tree Service! I had a Pin Oak on my property that had to be removed. In late 2019, another tree had fallen over and into it due to bad weather and strong winds. At the time I had planned to clear everything out in spring of 2020, but unfortunately I got sick and wasn't able to do much of anything for most of the year. I started working on clearing out the damage in 2021, but by that time vines had grown in and began to take over the Pin Oak. I was hoping I could work with it and get it to come back, but realized late in 2023 it was too far gone. I decided it needed to be removed and had thought of doing this myself, but was concerned about another tree beside it and didn't want to damage it. I also needed to have the stump left since underground cables were installed years after the Pin Oak had been planted, but wanted it cut low to the ground. Jamey met with me and after discussing what I wanted to have done, gave me a great estimate. They came out and took care of it and left the area nice and clean of any left over debris. Communication with them was excellent along the way and I'll definitely contact them again if needed. I've attached two photos showing what the tree looked like before and what the area looks like after it was removed. Now all I need to do is finish my plans for how I want to landscape the area. :) Thanks again to everyone at Brown Hound!

Mark's tree removal service was awesome. Our 45 year old, 30 foot blue spruce fell to the ground Sunday afternoon during the wind storm. Mark and his guys had the tree & stump removed by 6pm the next day. Unbelievable job. The yard is clean and the guys were very professional.

Family run business with great pricing and efficient employees. Job took less than a day and workers left us a clean yard and some great mulch to use around the house.

Benjamin was very polite and professional. The work he did was amazing, I can tell he’s a perfectionist . The prices were also very good for the work he did ! I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good landscaping job done .

Again a big thanks to Tree Smart. Had about 10 trees that needed to be felled and a call to Tree Smart was all it took. Told them the trees were marked, go cut them and let me know the cost. Not many businesses I would give that leeway too, but Tree Smart is one of those I would.

We live in a residential neighborhood with houses close together. We had a couple over 50 foot tall trees in hard to reach places that Forest Tree Service was able to cut down without getting a truck back into the yard. They even bought materials to fix our fire pit when it was accidentally damaged when a tree came down! We have used them several times for tree removal/clean up in our yard and they have always been quick to respond and diligent in their work.

Outstanding work today! Fast, very professional service. The mulberry tree they took down was right next to my house on a slope. Very tricky. No damage to my home, cleanup 100% complete, and the men themselves were very friendly and worked like dogs. OUTSTANDING service!
